Electric Handpieces

As part of our commitment to providing our patients with the best overall experience, we use only electric handpieces for our endodontic procedures. These handpieces produce less noise and less vibration than air driven handpieces, thereby creating a much quieter and more pleasant dental visit for our patients.

Electronic Apex Locators

Using electronic apex locators helps our endodontists more precisely perform your root canal therapy by allowing for accurate measurements of root canal lengths. These important measurements are important for achieving a successful outcome. Electronic apex locators also help us to reduce the number of x-rays and radiographs required during the procedure, thereby reducing the patient’ exposure to radiation.

Ultrasonic Instruments

By using special ultrasonic instruments we can be more effective in gaining access to canal openings, removing intra-canal materials or obstructions, and more precisely preparing the canals for a filling material. They are especially useful in surgical endodontics and in the treatment of difficult cases, which might otherwise have been deemed hopeless.
